Yinka Atere has over 20 years of professional experience. He is a Founding and non-executive Partner of The New Practice (TNP) Solicitors, an Anderson-collaborating firm, and he is currently the Managing Director of Energobuilding Construction Limited, a leading Indigenous construction and civil engineering company operating across Nigeria.
He commenced his career with the legal firm of F.O. Akinrele & Co., after which he joined Banwo & Ighodalo (Solicitors), one of the leading commercial law firms in Nigeria. He also worked at VMobile (now Airtel) as a Contract Executive, responsible for various Engineering and Telco Infrastructure Contracts, especially with regards to origination and contract management.
Yinka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Lagos, a BL from the Nigerian Law School and a Master’s degree in International Economic Law from Warwick University, United Kingdom.
Nnenna Nwoye has over 20 years’ financial services industry experience spanning different business support functions. She is currently the Chief Corporate Services Officer, Chapel Hill Denham.
Nnenna joined Chapel Hill Denham in 2008 where she has worked in various job functions including human resources, administration, finance and regulatory and compliance. Prior to that, she worked at FCMB Plc for 3 years as the Regional Supervisor (Northern Region) responsible for Service Quality and Brand Standardisation. She previously worked for 2 years in Service Quality & Relationship Management and Customer Services while at Bond Bank Limited (now Polaris Bank).
Nnenna holds a Masters in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, USA and a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Lagos.
John Obukohwo has over 20 years/ experience within the Capital Markets. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Paxhill Minerva Registrars.
As a share registration expert, John worked with PAC Registrars, where he was the Managing Director/CEO for over 3 years. Before this, John worked with BGL Securities Limited for over 11 years, serving in various positions including Deputy Head, Depository; Deputy Head, OTC Markets; and later as Head, Depository. He previously worked with Union Registrars now Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions Limited as Head, Certificate Management for 3 years. He began his career with First Registrars Limited where he worked for 5 years.
John holds an MBA in Marketing from Lagos State University and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Calabar. He is a fellow of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR), a graduate member, of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers ( CIS), and also an associate member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN).
Aramide Oyeneyin is the Company Secretary, Paxhill Minerva Registrars. She has experience with providing legal and transaction support on investment banking and financial advisory transactions including debt and equity capital raising, corporate and government bond issuances, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and project finance transactions.
Previously, she worked as an associate at Jackson, Etti and Edu, advising on a variety of transactions, including project financing, public-private partnerships, and mergers & acquisitions; and company secretariat matters. Aramide has provided company secretarial support to private and public companies including Cadbury Plc; Courteville Business Solutions Plc; Moorhouse Limited etc.
Aramide was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013. She holds an LLM in Financial Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of London.
